Ysgol Penmaes has robust self-evaluation procedures and regularly evaluates practice. It is important to us as a school to gather everyone’s views as they are all important and valued. By contributing to self-evaluation procedures you are supporting the strategic direction of the school.

• Just wanted to say thank you for last year with our child. The staff have been absolutely with him, making such good progress and our child was so happy and excited to go back to school today.

• I just wanted to feed back to you what a lovely school you have. It was lovely for me to put names to faces!! I got such a lovely sense of calmness at the school, even though there were clearly a few children who were having a difficult few moments, the situations were dealt with very calmly and I got a sense that everyone knows what they are doing. Most importantly I got to see some very happy and settled children  

• I just wanted to thank you all for looking after my child. My child is happy getting on the bus and it is life changing as every year previously we have had tears. It is worth more than money to see our child so happy. I can’t thank you enough.
