If you wish to take a family holiday during term time and take your child out of school, you must complete a Holiday Request Form at least TWO WEEKS before the date of the holiday.

Holiday Request Forms are available from the school office.

Please note that the permission is not automatically granted, the Headteacher will consider each application on its merits and in relation to the pupil's attendance record.

A maximum of 10 days only per school year will be permitted.
